I'd like a flesh tunnel but are the too scene/emo?

Flesh tunnels are not just for scene/emo kids.If you like it go ahead and get it. The smallest gauge that would be considered "tiny" on a flesh tunnel and still be noticeable would be a 12 gauge. The thing about getting gauges is that they stretch your ear and the hole stays that big.
