Why was Rachelle Lefevr replaced as "Victoria" in The Twilight Saga: Eclipse?

She signed on to do a independent movie (Barney's Version) during the time that Eclipse was to be filmed. She seemed to think that the 10 days of production for this movie would be accommodated by the Eclipse producers, but she was incorrect. Therefore it was a "scheduling conflict".
