Do you think this was fair?

I found my old kindergarten diary and started reading it. One of the entries I read was about me being ticklish. This is the entry:::: Before we went to church dad started tickling me. He kept tickling me and I told him I would pee my pants. He kept tickling me and I did pee my pants. I got in trouble too. ::::: When I read that I got mad. I know it's silly, but getting in trouble for something you had no control over was stupid. What is your opinion on it?
