How do i convert MPEG4 music files to WMA files?

ok i have an envy cell phone.. and i am trying to put music of itunes on to my 1gb memory card so i can play them on my cell.... but i think it only plays WMA files and all my other music is MPEG4..... i need help plz!!!!
