What is the best magazine for a 13 year old girl?

I'm debating between People, Seventeen, Teen Vogue, or Girl Life. Any other suggestions are welcome! I like quizzes, makeup and fashion advice, those voting on who wore it better, interviews with celebrities, advice on life, beauty, school, anything pretty much. Are any of these cheap/expensive? Opinions?
