How to get over a girl?

Hello i'm 21 and in college. I have gone out with this girl for close to 2 years. We have been broken up for around 7 months now. I have gone on dates but it seems nothing sparks interest. And the worst part is the girl will randomly miss me and literally show up on my doorstep to see me, she almost cheats on her boyfriend, hugging, caring, light kissing (not mouth) when she sees me, and i fall for it. Let's face it, i'm a sucker for love. I love her to death but i can't get over her. Any advice, anyway to help myself not get so hurt.
