Can I still get into a college?

i've dropped out of high school for over 8 months now, for financial reasons. i still really want to continue my education, and would love to go to college. im 17 soon, and i dont want to go back to school, and rather move straight into college. im interested in doing a performing arts course in san francisco, so please can anyone help me out with honest answers? can i still get into a college in san fran, and which one would you recommend, and please do offer advice on improving my chances in getting into the college. thanks for your time.
