What is the Coefficient of Friction?

I am trying to choose casters for a large dolly. I used to have a table of coefficients of friction for rollability for different caster materials on different kinds of surfaces. Such as Urethane on concrete. I know the formula, Wf / r, but I need values for the "f" (coefficient of friction). Does anyone know where I can get a table of these?
