GUYS AND GIRLS!!!! what did he mean by thisss??

ok well this guy that im pretty close with, acts like he likes me, and his friend has been giving me a couple of hints by yelling out "look its ure girl!" when he sees me. but yesterday, im walkin away from the guy that likes me and he runs after me, sayin "ure not going anywhere, im gonna go with u if u do" im like "why are u follwoing me??" than hes like "i follow a girl i actually like until it actually happens" and just looks straigh in the eye all serious. what did he mean by thiss??? im so confused!!!! until what happens????
