Does your religion expect you to have many children? How do you feel about overpopulation of the planet?

My religion is pagan and I worship the natural beauty--trees, flowers, etc... Although it is not part of my religion per se, I believe humans are the worst thing to happen to the planet so I actually believe in zero population growth. I have no children, intend to have no children, and wish that people would consider adopting a child that is already here before having one of their own, or if it is a matter of 'pride' to limit their family to one natural child and then adopt one or more. I realize that most people think I'm crazy, but I believe it is inconsiderate of the entirety of humanity to have say 18 natural children. It puts a strain on every resource on the planet from government benefits to general use of natural resources i.e. gas/electricity/water, etc...
