Does he like me or is his friend just too jealous?

About two months ago, I met this guy at our local nightclub called Ben. We are now really good friends and speak regularly. Anyway, one night we went back to our club and he was there, so we spoke but I kind of liked his friend/flat mate (who works at the club) and my female friend told the friend that I liked him. We swapped numbers and we speak quite often too. Anyway, last night we seen the guy I do like and we kissed but he felt bad as apparently he didnt want to upset Ben as he likes me too (which I didn't know) ... I haven't spoke to Ben but what should I do? I like the flat mate and he likes me but Ben is just in the way?
