Badminton warm up activity?

What quirky said is correct, but before they learn how to clear and stuff they got to learn the strokes and footwork. So after having them stretch and jog, you should have them do "six corners" It is a good drill for footwork. My team usually does 3 sets of 6 or 8...but for beginners 2 sets of 4 is fine. 6 corners is where one person gets a court with a racket and lunges to the six corners of the court starting with the front. It is pretty hard to explain but if u need more information feel free to email me. Another foot work drill is each person gets half a court and do "front and back" it is where they push and go back and do a full jump rotation. There are a lot more footwork and defense techniques and drills that my school team practices, again email me if u want to hear them. After we do the footwork drills we warm up, that is where we clear, drop, smash, drive, and net with another person.
